Intowork Limited (“Intowork”, “we”, “us”), incorporating Intowork Recruitment take the privacy of our Data Subjects, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), extremely serious. We fully respect your rights as outlined in the Data Protection Act 2018.

Intowork Limited is the Data Controller with regard to processing Personal Data of our clients and candidates. We can guarantee you that this Data will be used solely for the purposes set out in this document.

a) Data we collect about you

Personal Data or personal information refers to the information that makes an individual identifiable. Anonymous Data is not included.

We may request information from you such as your; first and last names, title, date of birth, address(es), email address(es), phone number(s), bank details, work history, education/training.

b) How we collect your Data

We may collect your Data directly through;

  • Contact forms and applications on our website

  • Emails

  • Phone calls

  • Other

We may also collect your Data indirectly through third parties to whom you have provided consent including; job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media sites. Former employers may also provide us with personal information during reference checks.

c) How your Data is processed

We will process your Data for the following purposes:

  • Performing a contract with you

  • For our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party when your rights do not override those interests.

  • Legal obligations

d) What we will use your Data for

We will use your Data for the following lawful reasons:

  • Processing an application for a vacancy; where you have provided consent through the avenues outlined in b) above.

  • Managing our relationship with you; providing you with updates on our Privacy Policy, requesting feedback on your experiences, requesting you to complete a survey.

  • Retaining your Data on file for ongoing recruitment services.

e) Third party disclosures

We may share your Data with external third parties such as Data Processors and/or Data Controllers such as bankers, insurers, payroll/accounting consultants, lawyers, Revenue or any other legally obliging requests that we receive.

 

We will only retain your Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) that we collected the Data for. We will consider the sensitivity of the Data and the risk associated with the potential unauthorised disclosure of your Data to determine the period of time that we need to retain the Data.
